Viktoria Titova is a rare combination of world-class performer, dynamic choreographer, and dedicated teacher. Trained by masters of the Russian Vagonova style, Ms Titova began touring with the Bolshoi Ballet Grigorovich Company at age 17, performing solo and ensemble roles on some of the world’s most famous stages. In the Pacific Northwest she continues to perform and expand her talents. In four seasons as Artistic Director for Ballet Bellevue, she staged and performed in numerous classical ballets, including such favorites as Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, and The Nutcracker. She also choreographed original contemporary ballets, including Monet’s Winter Garden and The Mermaid. Each year she sets the bar for the professional and artistic excellence ever higher  with more performances, beautiful dancing, celebrated guest performers, live orchestral music, interesting collaborations, and gorgeous costumes and sets. Several of her students have joined renowned year-round schools and professional companies. Emerald Ballet Theatre is proud to have Viktoria Titova as its Founding Artistic Director. She is a proven leader.
