PICTURES AT AN EXHIBITION

Inspired by our artistic director’s trip to her native Russia, "Pictures at an Exhibition" was set to the music of Mussorgsky, Tchaikovsky and others. The original choreography and costumes interpreted iconic work from wonderful 19th- and 20th-century artists, from Georgia O’Keeffe’s unfurling flowers to Beatrix Potter’s finely-detailed forest creatures. The production featured talented musicians from the Russian Chamber Music Foundation of Seattle.
