Bring your friends! As part of our Magic Bus outreach program, EBT is delighted to present a free abridged Coppélia performance on the Crossroads Mall Market Stage. The performance starts at 2PM. Meet and take photos with the performers afterwards.

Emerald Ballet Theatre STUDIO IN BELLEVUE

Step inside Dr. Coppelius’ toy workshop and explore the world of Coppélia with us! Kiddos ages 4-9 will delve into stories, characters, movement and music from this fun ballet, and preview costumes that will be worn in EBT’s Spring production. Take-home craft included.

This class is open to the community, and no dance experience is required. $20 per person and scholarships are available. View flyer here.

Emerald Ballet Theatre STUDIO IN BELLEVUE

EBT is thrilled to be participating in Everywhere Art, a month-long art festival organized by Artma Pop-Up in collaboration with the Bellevue Arts Program. This exciting event aims to “transform the BelRed Arts District into a vibrant and cohesive artistic community.” Artwork by local artists will be installed at several BelRed businesses, including EBT.

To celebrate opening weekend of the exhibition, EBT will open our doors to the public on Sunday, October 1. From 12:00-4:00, come view the artwork and meet the incredible artists. Teresa Stern, Brenda Loukes and Sheli Hadari will be on hand to discuss their work. We also invite you to engage with our artform: dance.

2:00-2:20: Performance showcasing classical, contemporary and character dances
2:25-2:45: Children’s dance class

We’ll have children’s art activities and refreshments available all day, so stop by for twenty minutes or two hours! Also, don’t forget to check out the artwork and events happening at other participating businesses throughout October.


NUTCRACKER CHILDREN’S class
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 28 FROM 10-11AM

It’s time to get this Nutcracker party started! Children ages 3-9 can get a closer look at Nutcracker costumes and props, learn about the plot and characters of The Nutcracker, explore ballet-based movement, and enjoy Tchaikovsky’s festive tunes. No dance experience is required. Holiday take-home craft included. $20 per person, and scholarships are available.

Ring in the holidays with us! As part of our Magic Bus outreach program, Emerald Ballet Theatre is delighted to present a free performance of Nutcracker excerpts on the Crossroads Mall Market Stage on Saturday, November 4 from 2-3PM. We’ll have candy canes for kids and photo ops with dancers after the show. Please join us!


NUTCRACKER DRESS REHEARSAL PERFORMANCE
SATURDAY, DECEMBER 2 AT 10AM
Northshore performing arts center IN BOTHELL

For the tenth year, EBT invites non-profit children’s groups, veterans, seniors and educators to attend our Dress Rehearsal performance for a discounted price. Audience members can get a closer look at the orchestra, and take photos with performers after the show. Tickets are $19 each for 6-20 tickets, and $16 each for 21+ tickets. NUTCRACKER PRELUDE
SUNDAY, DECEMBER 3 from 10-10:45AM
Northshore performing arts center IN BOTHELL

This special event is designed to introduce young children to The Nutcracker and the magic of the theatre! During this narrated and abbreviated performance, children will listen to the Nutcracker story, meet beloved characters like Little Clara, Fritz, the Mouse Queen, Nutcracker and the Sugar Plum Fairy, and watch them dance. Children will also have the opportunity to come onto the stage and try some dance steps of their own! Afterwards, audience members can take photos with the performers.

Festival seating. Doors will open at 9:45AM. $10 per person, with scholarships available. Parking is free at the Northshore Performing Arts Center. View flyer here.
